MSC Uniform Info

MSC policy:

Soccer is different from many other sports; it has a Fall and Spring season; some players play in the Fall, others in the Spring; and some year-round.  We will do our best to save numbers for players who do not play back-to-back seasons; but it is not a guarantee. 

Never purchase a new uniform until your number has been approved.

Players can not duplicate numbers with anyone two years older or younger; since players move up, and teams change. 

Number conflicts go to the player who has played the most consecutive seasons for MSC.

If the conflict is created by a younger player ‘playing up’, the player on their true-age team keeps the number.

If both players have played an equal number of consecutive seasons, both have the current uniform, the number is given to the player who registered in GotSport first in the current season.

Last season we began transitioning to our new uniform vendor; players were asked to purchase the new sets at the beginning of the Spring '23 season; some players switched; others chose not to. 

At the end of the Spring '23 season club members were again told that everyone must switch by Fall '23. 

During this last transitional season if two players have the same number, the player who purchased the new uniform set last season keeps the number; regardless of seniority.  

Under no circumstances is MSC responsible for uniforms purchased with a duplicate number.
